MDP Hand Carry Consignee Online Registration

REGISTERING YOUR CONSIGNEE ORGANIZATION IN THE MDP ONLINE APPLICATION PLATFORM IS A THREE STEP PROCESS:

STEP 1: Start the organization profile and create your associated user account by filling out the fields below and clicking ‘REGISTER’.

STEP 2: Confirm your email address by clicking the link in the body of the confirmation email. This email will be sent from do-not-reply@cmmb.org and may be filtered to your email’s spam box.

STEP 3: Log into the platform with your email address and password on the left-hand side of the landing page. This will take you to the organization page for your group.
Some of the organization details will be pre-populated, fill in the remaining fields with the requested information and click ‘SUBMIT’. The fields that have bold lines are mandatory, if any of them are blank the system will not allow for submission and they will be identified with a red box.

Once you have submitted the organization information for your group, CMMB will review your not-for-profit status and approve your organization profile. If there are any questions about your status, they will reach out. Once approved, you will receive an email. You will now be able to log into the application to start an application for assistance, add new users, and track past donations.
